Hi all…have a crack at this one…

(Note: This question is part of a psychological research I read somewhere. It was found that those who were able to get the answer correctly are more likely to commit suicide and/or become serial-killers than those who didn’t. Answer at your own risk.)

Two sisters (let’s call them sisters A and B) are holding the wake of their recently-deceased mother. It’s like any other wake: coffee, biscuits, friends and relatives expressing their grief, nothing too special about it… Sisters A and B knew everyone who attended the wake, except for this handsome man in a black suit. It was the first time the sisters saw this man, and they had completely no idea who he was.

This man would just stand quietly by the gate, peering through the main door to get a glimpse of the coffin. He didn’t mingle with anybody, he just stood there alone. He was there everyday of the wake. He would come in the exact same time he came in the day before and would stand at the same spot every time. Nobody would mind, well, except for Sister A, who would gradually fall in love with him. As the days of the wake passed, Sister A would fall more and more in love with the stranger in black suit.

Until the day of the sisters’ mother’s burial came. The sisters would never see the handsome man in black suit again.

The next day, Sister A stabs Sister B to death….

Question: Why did Sister A kill Sister B?

I am not about to kill myself or I have a temper that can lead me to kill someone. But it's really easy. Only analyze the Plot carefully and list down the elements of the story at ayun na! Huli ang sagot!

A dead man was found hanging from a ceiling girder of a secluded room. The room where the dead man was found was totally bare, no furnitures whatsoever, well, except for a small puddle of water at the spot where the man's body was found hanging. The investigators found nothing that the dead man could have used to prop himself up high enough to hang himself. This puzzled the investigators and led them to think that the man's death was caused by foul play.

A few minutes later, the senior investigator came in. He observed the scene for a bit and concluded: "This man committed suicide".

Question: Why did the senior investigator say that it wasn't foul play but a plain suicide?

Ray Whitcombe is found dead in his office at his desk. The police have narrowed the suspects down to three people:
Mrs. Barbara Whitcombe, Ray's wife
Mr. Jason McCubbins, Ray's business partner
Mr. Harold Nichols, Ray's best friend

All three visited Mr. Whitcombe the day of his murder, but all three provide the police with stories of explanation as to the reason for their visit.

Police found Mr. Whitcombe with his wrist watch still on his right arm, a torn up picture of his wife laying on the floor beside the trash can, and an ink pen in his right hand. On the desk, the police found a name plate, a telephone that was off the hook, and a personal calendar turned to the July 5th page with 7B91011 written on it. After examining this evidence, the police knew their suspect.
