He is 7 years old, goes to school and is in his second year of preschooler stage. He is very active and very, very smart. He has one younger sister Sophie (4 y/o)http://i83.servimg.com/u/f83/14/03/90/44/dsc00510.jpgHe has always been a very healthy little boy until Tuesday, June 2, 2009 we brought him to The Medical City for his eye checkup and then the ophthalmology (Dr. Villa told us that he has to admit to the Emergency room. This doctor ordered a CT scan of his head. This is when our entire life was turned upside down. Our angel had a brain tumor.http://i83.servimg.com/u/f83/14/03/90/44/jeah3910.jpgThey admitted him immediately, and started him on steroids. This felt like the longest night of our life. We had all sorts of things running through our head. On Wednesday morning, they were doing test on him and then the doctor came to give us a better idea of what is going on. Our baby had a brain tumor the size of a one peso coin on his brain stem. He was scheduled to go into the surgery (CRANIOTOMY) the following morning to remove it. So, on Thursday morning, June 4, 2009 at 5:30 AM Vincent went into the surgery.
